📢 Announcement – Session 3: Work Session  (Practical Exercise on Change Models)

Dear all,

Please note that there will be no in‑class meeting tomorrow.

Instead, as part of Session 3, you will complete a short individual practical exercise designed to help you consolidate your understanding of Kotter’s 8‑Step Change Model, following my presentation and the essential reading.

🎬 What you need to do

1. Read the essential Reading on Kotter's model
2. Watch the film Moneyball (2011).
3. As you watch, try to connect key scenes to the eight steps of Kotter’s model.
   This is simply a way to see how the theory appears in practice.

📄 Support Material

On Friday, I will upload a document with the analysis of the film and Kotter’s model, so you can read it and compare it with your own answers.
This is a consolidation exercise, and there is no need to upload anything.

Next week, I will present the assignment in class.
