Course Description

Internationalization of the firm is one of the most important trends taking place in business nowadays. When the firm expands in the international marketplace, it has to adjust its internal competencies and resources, and formulate its strategies in order to avoid threats in the international environment and exploit opportunities abroad. In this course we additionally examine the overall economic, financial, competitive etc. context and how this may shape the firm’s development worldwide.
