Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The course focuses on statistical methods in medical research. It starts with measures of health and disease. Survival analysis and case-control studies are given due emphasis so that the student acquires knowledge of a wide range of statistical methods that can be used in medical studies. Students are trained to use the R CRAN statistical software for the implementation of the methods that are taught.
