Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

People management deals with the study of psychological and behavioral principles and their application to individuals and groups within organizations. Because work within organizations is accomplished by and through people, we will focus on analyzing and understanding factors that impact the behavior of individuals and groups. The objectives of the course are to:

1. Help students understand organizational behavior and consequently be able to more effectively manage themselves and others at work;

2. Develop an appreciation of the importance of the OB in the success of contemporary organizations;

3. Account for the main features of human behaviour in organisations, drawing on current approaches in organizational  psychology

4. .Understand their role as future managers in developing and implementing practices related to people.

5. Provide the most up-to-date, relevant, and applicable information available in the field.
