Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The objective of the course is to facilitate managerial decisions with the use of internal accounting information.  The accounting information is primarily about costs and the theme of the course will be on the application of different cost concepts for managerial decisions. The course will underline the importance of cost management and the relevance of cost accounting information for the formulation of business strategy.
