Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The objective of the course is to provide the necessary tools which will permit financial statement users to perform detailed corporate analysis and valuation. To understand the current performance and future prospects of a firm, there is consecutively performed strategy, accounting, financial and then prospective analysis. In addition, the course aims at providing tools for more specialized decision-making choices, relating to the application of business valuation outside the pure capital markets context.
