Data Structures and Algorithms

(IBT108) -  Alkmini Sgouritsa

Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The module presents fundamental data structures and their application in problem-solving. Its primary objective is to familiarize students with data structuring concepts and the vital role data structures play in algorithmic implementation, independent of any specific programming language. Furthermore, the module focuses on the design and analysis of algorithms, exploring various techniques such as divide and conquer, greedy algorithms, and dynamic programming. A significant aspect of the course involves analyzing algorithmic complexity to evaluate and compare the efficiency of different algorithms.
