In this course students will analyse the industry context in which the organization operates. We'll talk about Porter's five forces, the analysis of strategic groups of competitors, the analysis of the value chain etc.

We will talk about the analysis of competitors in the market using SWOT analysis. We will look at each competitor's cost structure, profit sources, resources and capabilities, competitive positioning and product diversification, we will work at marketing techniques for better positioning of the company in the market, such as qualitative and quantitative research, digital marketing technics, video storytelling, content/context, user experience techniques etc.
