To access the videos, you need to be a member of the team "Text Analytics" of AUEB's MS Teams. You can join this team on MS Teams using your AUEB account and the code zju4v6r. You can also reach the videos through MS Teams, by going to the "Text Analytics" team and selecting Files/Text Analytics. Both English videos (from the part-time course of 2020-21) and Greek videos (from the full-time course of 2020-21) are available.

The videos are provided exclusively to students attending the course for their own self study. You are not allowed to reproduce the videos publicly, to make them available at other addresses on the Internet, or to distribute them to others by any other means.

If you encounter any problem, please send an e-mail. The 1st mini-lab with n-grams and NLTK is unfortunately not available since we didn't record it.

Lastly, regarding Prof. Androutsopoulos's yesterday's question about the single (conditional) node in LangGraph, I did a little search and it seems that its doable for this particular example to have a single node with an if-else statement. But you can lose some flexibility if you want to build something down the line using the separate model nodes.

Examination for the rest of the assignments

Here is the poll for the examination of the rest of the assignments. We will make a single call for all 3 (RNNs, CNNs, Transformers, hence the 1-hour slots).

Summer School in Robotics and AI

We are excited to announce the 1st Summer School in Robotics and AI. This two-day event will be held from 29 to 30 June 2026 at the Eugenides Foundation, Athens, Greece.

The event is organized by the HERON – Hellenic Robotics Center of Excellence (CoE), through the Robotics Institute of Athena Research Center and in collaboration with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

The summer school will offer a unique opportunity to students, Ph.D. candidates, and scientists/engineers to be introduced in some of the most recent state-of-the-art topics at the cross section of Robotics and AI by world-known experts. The school includes both plenary as well as hands-on sessions.

Notification of acceptance: April 30, 2026

Exercises Deliverables

As we discussed in the previous mini-lab, if you are working with Jupyter Notebook, you can submit just the .ipynb file instead of creating an extra PDF report if the documentation inside the .ipynb (with Markdown) is detailed. If you are more comfortable working with .py files or it's easier for you to write a PDF that will include the plots etc., feel free to do so.

The submission .zip should contain the code you will implement for the exercise (either a .ipynb file or .py files). Even if you are working on Google Colab, download the notebook file when you are done and submit it through e-class, do not just submit the URL to the notebook.
